Care of our garments

The beauty of our garments is in the delicacy of the fabric. Take care when dressing, removing jewelry or objects that can become entangled. Washing: Please be careful when washing. Do not drain, do not put in the sun to avoid deterioration. Wash by hand, it is important that it is done with cold water and a little bicarbonate of soda (preserves the color) DO NOT USE A DRYER.

Warranty: The garments will have a 3-month guarantee, which will be conditional on compliance with the instructions for use, maintenance and washing of the garments.      

Valentina Jaramillo  Inmaculada S.A.S, will make sure that the delivery of the good is actually made at the address indicated by the consumer, as long as the merchandise transport companies (Envía, Servientrega, Coordinadora, Inter Rapidísimo, Dhl, or Fedex) have coverage in the direction of the consumer.

Shipments are not made to transportation offices, post office boxes, public places, or addresses that do not match an official nomenclature or are outside the urban area.

The estimated delivery time of the products is approximately between 2 to 5 business days for the cities of Bogotá and Manizales from 3 to 8 business days for the cities of Medellín, Cali, Pereira, Armenia, Barranquilla, Cartagena and Santa Marta and up to 10 business days for other destinations.

On special dates (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Black Friday) there may be delays due to the volume of sales.

Shipping has a standard cost that is published on the website and will be free when the purchase exceeds the amounts established on the web and the consumer must choose the free shipping option manually.

Keep in mind that if you make the purchase on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or holidays, it must start counting from the next business day) the delivery promise mentioned here is fulfilled as long as there are no problems that affect the transport operation at a national level such as landslides, strikes, terrorist attacks, and/or address changes requested by the client, etc.

Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of payment. For credit card payments using the PSE button, the payment platform must approve the transaction based on data analysis, which may take up to one business day. At the time of approval of the payment of your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the same. Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In sales that use distance methods, which by their nature have not begun to be executed before five (5) days, the right of withdrawal by the consumer will be understood to have been agreed upon, In the event that the right to retraction, the contract will be terminated and the money that the consumer has paid must be refunded.The consumer must return the product to Valentina Jaramillo Inmaculada S.A.S by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received. Transportation costs and others involved in the return of the good will be covered by the consumer.The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the good or the execution of the contract in the case of the provision of services.The provider must refund the consumer in money all amounts paid without proceeding to make discounts or withholdings for any concept. In any case, the return of the money to the consumer may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thirty (30) calendar days are available from the date the product was delivered to make any changes or returns for size, color or another product of the same value or greater value (cancelling the surplus), no balances are generated a favor.

No refund of the money paid will be generated, except in events due to a guarantee, right of withdrawal, when it has been subject to fraud or corresponds to an unsolicited operation, the product purchased is not received, or the product delivered does not correspond to what was requested.

You must take into account the following:
  • The product must be in perfect condition, clean and with the original labels.
  • Changes are subject to inventory availability. In case of complying with the exchange conditions, shipments are paid by the client.
