Product Manual – Use and Maintenance of Footwear and Clothing Since footwear is made of a natural composition (leather), it may present marks typical of the skin such as stretch marks, scars, veins, tone degradation and other characteristics that are due to its natural origin and authenticity. Likewise, there may be variations in textures, types of leather, silhouettes, lasts or other aspects that cannot be evidenced in the images or in the product descriptions published on www.inmaculadavj.com Maintenance and care of leather: - Do not store shoes in damp places in order to avoid mold and stains.
- Keep them away from rough surfaces that could scratch them. - Use special leather care products, do not clean them with water. - Keep the leather hydrated (Essential cream or conditioner), leather is a leather that must be hydrated to prevent it from drying out or cracking. - Clean them frequently and prevent dust or dirt from accumulating, since their color can be altered. - Dry immediately with a slightly damp cloth if they get wet due to rain or other causes (do not use a hair dryer, they must be dried in the open air in a covered place.) - Use waterproofing products regularly. - Do not store them if they are wet. - Do not use products with solvents and/or abrasives. - Do not wash. - Do not use dryer. - Do not expose to sunlight or near sources of heat.
Maintenance and care of clothing:
The beauty of our garments is in the delicacy of the fabric, be careful when dressing, remove jewelry or objects that may become entangled.
- Always see the recommended washing labels.
DO NOT wash your clothes every time you wear them.
- Jeans, dyed clothes or black garments can fade, they should be washed with cold water and baking soda or salt. Never scrub if it gets dirty, put Barsol in a spray bottle and apply to the affected area, when it dries you should wash the entire garment. (Never scrub the area)
-Do not drain
- Do not put in the sun to avoid deterioration.
- Delicate clothes wash by hand and always with mild soap and cold water.
- Read the special care that the particular piece may require and that is found on the labels of each garment.
- Do not store garments in humid places.
- Before washing, separate clothes by color.
- Excessive washing tends to damage clothes faster.
- Do not hang the fabrics, ponchos and other knitted garments, so that they do not become deformed.
- Hang the shirts with the first button closed, to avoid damaging the collar.
- Details such as tassels, appliqués or leather buttons should be covered in aluminum foil for washing.
Procedure to exercise the guarantee

To make the product defect warranty effective, the item must be made available to Valentina Jaramillo Inmaculada S.A.S, in the same place where it was delivered to the purchase, indicating the date of purchase and product defects. The shipping costs of the defective product will be assumed by Inmaculada.
The repaired or replacement product must be delivered to the consumer in the same place where the legal guarantee was requested, unless the consumer requests another place and the producer or vendor accepts it. If transportation is required for the good, the costs must be borne by the producer or vendor, as the case may be.
Valentina Jaramillo Inmaculada S.A.S must respond within fifteen (15) business days following receipt of the guarantee request.
Inmaculada will inform if it accepts to make the guarantee effective, and will explain the reasons for rejecting it or accepting it in a different way than requested. 
SHIPPING POLICY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Valentina Jaramillo Inmaculada S.A.S, will make sure that the delivery of the good is actually made at the address indicated by the consumer, as long as the merchandise transport companies (Envía, Servientrega, Coordinadora, Inter Rapidísimo, Dhl, or Fedex) have coverage in the direction of the consumer.
Shipments are not made to transportation offices, post office boxes, public places, or addresses that do not match an official nomenclature or are outside the urban area.
The estimated delivery time of the products is approximately between 2 to 5 business days for the cities of Bogotá and Manizales from 3 to 8 business days for the cities of Medellín, Cali, Pereira, Armenia, Barranquilla, Cartagena and Santa Marta and up to 10 business days for other destinations.
On special dates (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Black Friday) there may be delays due to the volume of sales.
Shipping has a standard cost that is published on the website and will be free when the purchase exceeds the amounts established on the web and the consumer must choose the free shipping option manually.
Keep in mind that if you make the purchase on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or holidays, it must start counting from the next business day) the delivery promise mentioned here is fulfilled as long as there are no problems that affect the transport operation at a national level such as landslides, strikes, terrorist attacks, and/or address changes requested by the client, etc.
Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of payment. For credit card payments using the PSE button, the payment platform must approve the transaction based on data analysis, which may take up to one business day. At the time of approval of the payment of your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the same.Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: In sales that use distance methods, which by their nature have not begun to be executed before five (5) days, the right of withdrawal by the consumer will be understood to have been agreed upon, In the event that the right to retraction, the contract will be terminated and the money that the consumer has paid must be refunded.The consumer must return the product to Valentina Jaramillo Inmaculada S.A.S by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received. Transportation costs and others involved in the return of the good will be covered by the consumer.The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the good or the execution of the contract in the case of the provision of services.The provider must refund the consumer in money all amounts paid without proceeding to make discounts or withholdings for any concept. In any case, the return of the money to the consumer may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thirty (30) calendar days are available from the date the product was delivered to make any changes or returns for size, color or another product of the same value or greater value (cancelling the surplus), no balances are generated a favor.
No refund of the money paid will be generated, except in events due to a guarantee, right of withdrawal, when it has been subject to fraud or corresponds to an unsolicited operation, the product purchased is not received, or the product delivered does not correspond to what was requested.
You must take into account the following:
The product must be in perfect condition, clean and with the original labels.
Changes are subject to inventory availability.
In case of complying with the exchange conditions, shipments are paid by the client.
